For anyone that reloads and happens to have Berdan primed milsurp ammo, it looks like there is now an alternative to the messy/awkward hydraulic method of de-capping.

Midway USA has a Berdan de-capping tool, and CanadaAmmo has said that they will soon be stocking Berdan primers suitable to 7.62X51.
