I believe you are correct, and many have said it is corrosive. I am treating mine (ZV 69) as corrosive. Does yours have the black primers? I find it the least likely of all ammo to properly cycle my m14s. The cases are the roughest brass I've seen. That might be part of the problem.
 
I do not know about the primers. This is ammo I was looking at purchasing and have not seen it visually. Sounds like I am better to pick up some Czech from what you are saying. I am not interested in the corrosive, especially if I will have cycling problems.
