Is that a DND rule or PQRA rule? If the military plans to shoot the new sniper rifles there they will change the template to allow it. What the PQRA allows is up to them.
 
All the rules are from military the PQRA just follows them!

If i'm not mistaken this range was built in the late 1800, so since then a lot of houses where built behind the range. The template will only allow 600y+ shots and no the army wont shoot the .338 there, they will shoot it at Farnham and Valcartier

no shooting under 600? i wanted to have a little hostage saving shoot next spring, you know, with targets of hostages takers hiding behind hostages?Oh well, i'll still try and get the montreal swat team snipers to come and shoot against us, if you guys are interested
