What is the better choice? The Marstar Czech stuff is a little cheaper compared to the 5-round Districorp stripper clips, but, hey - it's stripper clips! The Districorp 20-pack stuff is pretty much the same price. The Districorp stuff is Hungarian. Districorp also offers heavy ball - 174gr. I think the Czech stuff is newer manufacture (late 60's, early 70's...?) The Districorp stuff just slightly older...
I think I'll go with the Districorp strippers. I like strippers... :D

Depends what you are shooting it in. From what I understand, the 5 Round stripper clip stuff at Districorp is made for MN rifles - whereas the other laquered case hungarian and CZ stuff was made to be fired in a PK Machine gun.

Now, the laquered case stuff fires perfectly fine in a MN - I've shot it almost exclusively in my '39 tula. The problem is that every 10th round or so 'sticks' in there, and makes it difficult to work the action. Notice I say difficult and not 'impossible'. It's just a matter of bashing it with your hand to cycle the action. I'm not sure what the physics are behind the laquer rounds sticking, but from what I understand it's a relatively common annoyance (notice I don't say problem).
