7.62X54 to give away in Ottawa

Hey there. I have 27 rounds or so of 7.62X54 ammo to give away. I'ts Russian or Chinese (my old eyes can't read the headstamp). Looks like soft point, and the cases are copper plated or copper washed. Sorry I don't have more info, but I just found this when cleaning out the ammo cabinet. I'll have to see a PAL (CYA).
