Anyone know where to get 7.62x54r blanks? Searching various dealer sites is proving fruitless and time consuming, and google keep telling me about american vendors.

Wow, congrats on your wedding, however check with bylaws of municipality where your wedding is being held. Discharge of the firearm, wether with blanks or live rounds can be a considerable offence.

another big thing is blanks or not bringing a firearm to wedding in it self my be illegal something along the lines of bringing a firearm to a public meeting
