I found some Graf and sons brass at ellwood epps. With norma and lapua brass going for a dollar a case or more in this caliber, it was really nice to find something I can afford to shoot.
I was going to use the sellier and bellot loaded ammo and just reload, but it's hunting ammo, and rather hot. I get cratered primers, and the mouths weren't annealed. That doesn't bode well for longevity.
Graf and sons is mexican brass, and I was suprised. As far as I know, mexican law prohibits civilian ownership of former or current military/police calibers.
I like this brass much better than the eastern european brass, the case mouths are soft as butter, annealed 1/3rd of an inch past the base of the shoulder.
Using cast bullets, cool primers, and mild powder loads, I expect long life out of this brass.
