Anyone got a line on a source of reasonably priced 7.62x54R casings?

I saw some at P&D when I was in Edmonton last week, but I'll be budgied if I'll pay $1+ per case when I've gotten it substantially cheaper elsewhere....until they ran out or went on holidays.
 
I've acquired my casings from new PRVI and S&B ammunition. Considering cases are worth 50 bucks per hundred, an extra 50 cents for the live round is no big deal cuz thats about what it costs to reload them. I'm not sure what the going rate is now, but I gathered enough for reloading a few years ago and haven't picked up any new stuff since.
 
I'm casting my own bullets, so it makes less sense for me to buy commercial ammo for the brass. I'm surprised there isn't a better domestic source for brass considering how dead common Russian rifles have become.
