7,62X54r casings where?

You have two options for this in Canada.
Buy brass cased Prvi Partizan or Sellier & Bellot ammo, shoot it then reload it. This costs about $1 a shot then you have brass.
The other option is to buy a 100 piece box of Lapua 7.62x53r (same as x54r) brass for about $93 (again almost $1 each). My local shops could not get this brass even though they had other Lapua. Hirsch Precision out east does stock it I believe.
I don't think there is any other brand of new brass available in Canada at this time.

You can check in the exchange forums there is always some once fired brass in there.
