7.62X54r MFS lead core?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew if the 185g mfs 7.62 x54r bullets are lead core or steel core. they're fmj but thats all they specify. I was also wondering if anyone had the link to the ammo reference list?

Any MFS ammo i have ever seen has been lead core soft point
i buy lots for my sks 7.62x39 and has always been the case

thanks cause i might not get my ammo before the weekend which means the local range and of course they're on the steel core is bad bandwagon too.
