How rare is it, and how difficult would it be finding it on regular basis?

No. It's the parent cartridge to the 9mm Para/Luger.I found a couple empties at Red Deer F&G range. That is the extent of my experience with this relatively rare cartridge.

Marstar wants $344.99 per 500 for Winchester 93 grain FMJ .30 Luger. Boxer primed. Site says it's in stock too. How often they have it is unknown.
Kind of surprised Epp's doesn't list it. They're usually the best source for anything unusual. Mind you, they may have some anyway.
"...7.65 Browning..." That's .32 ACP. 7.65 Para is a longer, bottle necked, case. 7.65mm converts mathematically to .30". .32" converts to 8.13mm. Both cartridges use the same bullet diameter. Neither being .32". .308" to .312".
Don't try to figure out why cartridges are called what they are. It'll give you brain damage.
