Kind of suspect you'll have to make that. Supposedly a .300 Savage necked down. Not even Epp's lists it. They do list .300 Savage.
RCBS makes the die$. Special order thing. Midway USA(won't ship here and are not the least expensive retailer, Stateside.) lists the 2 die set at $150.99US.

Yes it is a 300 Savage necked down to 7mm and only IHMSA had the brass made up with that headstamp on it ! I have some but i want some more ! RJ

There's two versions, one rimmed and one not. The rimless version as mentioned is 300 Savage necked down. The other can be made from various brass but 30-30 is the most common. - dan
