700 bdl dm conversion feed problem

did u use the kwik klip or factory rem parts? if you went rem parts then you have to have the feed rails machined off, the new dm becoming the feed rails. I have an ADL in to Corlanes for this very reason.When I get it back it will be a smooth working DM with a nice new stock.the gun can never be converted back to hinge floorplate or adl style so you have to be sure you want the dm.

700 dm
I converted a .338 700 to DM few years back with no problem. Using factory DM triggerguard only required a little Dremel work in mag well area and for mag release buttons on both sides.
Possible yours is not seated deep enough yet. Make sure triggerguard sits in easily or will squeeze the mag.
I confirmed recently that a factory DM 700 can't be converted to hinged, but a non-DM can be made DM.
