.700 Nitro Express Video

Okay Dogleg here's the deal. Next time your back ( and it's a nice day) we'll all meet you at the SWF range, you charge a cover charge to get in and we all get a few shots with the Rigby. Oh yeah - included in the cover charge is a couple of beers and maybe some smokies or burgers that you've BBQ'd out there for us. :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: How's that sound boys?

Quote: Yet I told you I want to shoot the Rigby...I just didn't want to shoot it for the first time looking for mule does...

Dustin,
It could have potentially saved on gutting time though.........;)
It's just a matter of getting together I'm sure, the recoil isn't that bad. It's about double that of our .375s, but it won't kill anybody.I have about 400 rounds through it now, usually about 30 per session. I'm still alive, no matter what you young guys think!:D
I got the B-square crossbolt jig and counter-bores, and Craige is throwing the bolts into it right now. Knowing him, he'll likely have it done by the weekend. You should throw some steel into that tigertail stock, considering the amount of work its cheap insurance.

John375,
No problem, PM me and we'll set something up. By the sound of your board name you are halfway there anyway.

Yoteboy,
Ya, like anyone would want those "near-beers" that I drink. We're sure to get a CGN range day going sometime after it warms up.
An unrelated question.......have you regained full use of your right arm?:dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :runaway:

UM:cool:

Ultramag,
How's the .404 Jeffery project coming along? Our gunsmith buddy is still running true to form, I dropped the Rigby off yesterday evening and it's already done! We should check into cloning that man!:D
Have you reconsidered doing Zimbabwe yet? You know that it will kill you to get a postcard from Balawayo next July. 2008 is too long to wait.....:dancingbanana: :dancingbanana:
I gotta run and pick up my gun, and then get some 'yote ribs marinading. MMmmmmmmm, coyote ribs..........served with dishwater.
