700 Rem PSS Range Test

Couldn't pass on testing out the latest purchase, 700 Rem PSS 300 win. Topped with a SWFA 16x Super Sniper. Conditions where far from perfect -4c wind gusts from 25 - 30 Km.
Shoots rather well with 155gr Sierra Palma and 185gr Berger VLD bullets. Cases used were some older Federal once fired not selected or prepped (waiting for a batch of new Lapua brass) and Win. L/R primers. Bullets seated out to lightly touch the lands.

Nice......my 700P .223 is right around .9" and my 700P 7.62 is around 1.0" not too bad for 30 year old surplus at 5.oo a box

Lookin great! Most .300 WMs like the heavier bullets with RL22 and you seem to be well on your way with the Bergers. This is the fun part,all of the range time and load development.

my 300wm like sore of like 220 BTHP with retumbo power, because is had 1in10twist, and that the same twist ration to the rem700P in 300wm.
