700 SA extractor problems

just got my remi 700 adl sa in .223. took it out on sunday and it shot well except when i chambered the round and fired it, it wouldnt extract the shell out of the chamber when i opened the action. if i would just chamber the round and then open the bolt without firing, it would come out fine. i was using winchester brass and the rifle has only had a box through it. is this a week extractor claw or what do you think??? please help.
 
Its possible that there is oil or dirt in your chamber, which is grabbing the case, and preventing it from being extracted.
