700 vs xcr actions advise

Any advise here on which action is that much better than the other,
for LR Varminter..? Would want 1/4 MOA as target is priority.

If you're building from scratch you'll likely need to source an action then have it blueprinted and possibly upgrade the trigger before putting a barrel on it. Might as well buy a custom action for a few hundred more. If you get a Barnard it comes with an excellent trigger anyway. In the end it'll be a wash and you'll have a better action to boot.

1/4 MOA has more to do with the barrel and not so much the action. What a custom action look at RPA's, Barnards, Millenniums, PGW etc.
