700X Powder

I've seen it go for like 34 a lb. I used to buy 8 pound kegs for 140 I think but switched to promo because it was 100 for 8 lb keg, and I didn't have to change my bushing in my mec.

OK im going to load 9mm with it worked well befor anyone have a good loads im going use 147gr bullets at this price i think i should buy the other 4lbs can off him

lebaron sells it for $18 per lb. so yours is a great deal.

that being said it meter's like crap! huge flakes and small amounts = pain in the arse!

It seems like almost all shotgun powders work well in the smaller, older pistol rounds. Red dot and Unique are shotgun powders, but we use them so often in pistols, we forget.

i tried it in 9mm and i found that it metered terribly, very inconsistent especially with the small amounts need for 9mm.
Also based on the load data you'd have trouble making power factor with 9mm even at the high end of the recommended charge.

700X works fine in pistol calibers and retails locally here for around $20 / 14oz container.
I've used it in .40 / .45 but also found it metered inconsistently through the Dillon 550.
Good deal though if it will work for you.

I agree
I tried it and it frustrated me because it metered terrible.I went back to w231/hp-38,I give my leftover 700x to a buddy to build some low velocity 308 cast loads for shooting silhouettes.

It works best in a press that has a alarm if there isn't enough powder in the case. I load 45/70, 30-30, 303, 45acp and 9mm. It has many uses. Oh and 12 gauge.
The little I use was metered out of my chargemaster then poured into the cases.
