It might help if you could post a pic next to a ruler for reference. I have some similar-looking mags, but the sizes may be different. Definitely similar in appearance to the Colt .45-.22 Ace conversion mags, but possibly too narrow.

Probably nothing you haven't heard before, pistol mag with with right side mag. release. It does look like it was supposed to have a follower button on the right side to help with loading, like a Ruger .22.
