So I bought the 715t the other day it just looks pretty much like the 702 plinkster and it came with the 25 round magazine. After searching for mags online I discovered that the mags were prohibited. So becoming a bit pi$$ed I called cabelas and the Canadian tire where I purchased it and was informed by both that the magazine is infact different from the one that comes with the one all ar'd up. As such it will not fit the 715p. So anyone with the same as mine it is not prohibited

Yes, the mags are indeed different.

The non-tactical Mossberg Plinkster has legal 25 round mags available in Canada.

They look similar to the banned mags, but the skinny part that sticks out is only half as long.

Grech doesn't get back to you at all... I just ended up pinning mine to 10 rounds.
