$739? American Eagle 5.56? 1000? Yes, We can do that.

It's still $0.73 for 5.56? Last .223 I bought was $0.35/rnd on sale in 2019. 2000 Rounds for $706. I guess i'll get in line for a 'depends' change.
Glad I did a full switch to 7.62x39. Still 33cpr.

Come on guys, let’s CGN together and start a Canadian non-profit ammo manufacturing initiative to give the govs a giant middle finger.

Go fund me? We need to depend on ourselves!!! I would only buy Canadian if it was an option.

The price for 223 already going backward in US now, you can buy 1000rd PPU 62gr for 419USD and that’s not even the cheapest price. Yet the 9mm price in US already back to the price before the Covid. My buddy pelleted with other people in may, together they brought 220000rd federal 62gr for 7.7k USD, that’s 0.35 USD per round. I see no reason the Canadian ammunition prices could hold any longer at that ridiculous level. So why stocking up at highest price? It’ll get lower eventually, and once the war ends, just imagine all the surplus….

How did he bring in so much? the limit on personal import is 5,000 rounds. did he buy as a business and get wholesale pricing?

Not gonna lie with all this time off I think a trip for 5k 5.56 rounds sounds pretty good!Do I have to import or can I just carry thru?!

That's a great question. I'd love to know as well. I live on the border and there's a sport outfitter a short drive from it.
