75gr AMAX. .223, Which Powder?

So Bolt action .223 and lots of 75gr AMAX. Seen lots of data for AR's not a whole lot for bolts. I have Benchmark, Varget, CFE223, and might get some H4895. Of the 4 what's my best bet (Benchmark and CFE seem to be fairly easy to find, the other stuff not so much). And what's a typical speed to expect? 2800ish? And would magnum primers be recommended?

I use 24 gr Varget with Hornady 75r Amax. CCI BR4 Primers
Average 2775 fps .
1:7 twist 28" long Shilen Barrel

I have used BLC-2 in the past and it is worked very, very well. Not saying that it is the best out there, but certainly works.

BLC 2 is okay but Varget is best for 75 grains if you will be reaching out a bit. I find the BLC doesnt meter well through my Perfect powder Measure. The varget does fine. No need for magnun primers. Use the BR primers.

I used Varget and Fed 205 M's but found Hornady Bullets complete crap...Go to 82 gr Bergers or 80 gr Sierras much better bullets.

24gr IMR 4320 CCI 400, but it's near max, so be careful. About 2700fps. Weatherby Vanguard S2 TR. 22" 1:9.
This is the heaviest I can go with this twist.
