7615P part II

Did someone say 870 stocks fit up to the 7615? I have a stock unfired 7615, wondering about dressing it up a tad...

They don't fit out of the box, but the plastic ones can be modified easily, like this one. They just need a bit of filing.

I made a slip on flashider/bayonet lug just to see how many politically incorrect features I could fit on... it's held on by the front sight ramp which engages with a slot in the tube.

Completely useless but it does work.

Not a noob question at all. The direct connect vortex is 1/2 by 28 tpi as are most flash hiders like the Phantom. Unless you are set up to do it yourself a good gunsmith or machinist can turn the threads for you. I've had guys do it for me gratis but the normal charge is about $50-75.

One thing to keep in mind. Flash hiders do not reduce muzzle flip. Compensators on the other hand reduce muzzle flip and felt recoil although, they are a helluva louder than flash hiders.;)

on the site(for vortex) it says left handed thread, is this the norm?
