Them's is all very slow powders for that case. You can stuff as much of any of those powders as you can get to fit in the case into a 7.62x39, and probably be marginal as to whether or not you get enough pressure to cycle the action reliably.
You really want something faster burning -- more in the neighbourhood of 4198, Reloader 7, WC735, or that sort of thing (or even H322/H335 would be OK). I use 30 grains of WC735 under 123 or 125 grain bullets in my mini-30, and that works great for me.
If you're reloading; it's also sometimes fun to do 150 grain Hornady bullets designed for the 303 Brit as well. Should be able to make 2200FPS; great little 30-30esque hunting load.
