$799 free float AR from CGN vendor?

A buddy is looking at getting into his first AR. I thought I remembered seeing a vendor here selling a longer barrel (not the 10.5 PSA from irunguns) AR with a free floating hand guard, for about 799.

Anyone remember who that vendor was? Or am I on glue?
