7mm-08 ammo

I have a Vanguard in 308 and a S&W 1500 in 30-06, both outshoot my XPR in 7mm-08. My best shooters are a CZ 557 in 308 and a CZ 600 in 7.62x39. The CZ 600 and Vanguard are almost equal in accuracy. The Vanguard is just less than 1MOA at 100, the CZ 600 is about 0.8MOA, the CZ 557 is 0.75MOA, the S&W is 1.3MOA and the damn XPR 7mm-08 is 2.2-2.5MOA..... I haven't found a load that it likes yet. The S&W is an early 1980's gun.
