7mm-08 at the range!

Went to the range tonight to try out some Federal Premium 140gr TSX in my Browning X-Bolt CF 7mm-08 at 100 yard's and here's the final result.

With hand loads, my Marlin XS7 in 7mm-08 produces very similar looking paper. Nice shooting.

Why are the holes so far apart?

Nice shooting, especially for factory loads.

Nice for factory loads but, using Ken Water's pet loads (IMR4895), I have managed one hole throo shot groups with my 700BDL and Leupold 8.5X20 target scope.

Home hardware sells batteries of this ilk. Bring the old one with you if your memory is like mine.

Mine said LR44, no one could match it. I did some research and it is the same as a Energizer 357.

Walmart has them.....any watch counter....and I even got a card of 5 from the Dollar store....I use them up pretty quick when I'm playin
