and do you find yourself liking one more then the other T2T?
Think of it like women. You love most of them.
But if I had to narrow it down I'd keep a .223 Rem, 6.5 x55mm, and a .338WM
A 7-08 with a 140gr TSX, will out penetrate a 30-06, with a 200gr cup and core bullet...

Good point but you have to look at kinetic energy, tissue damage, penetrating trauma etc.

So if you took a 200g tsx and loaded her up to full potential in the 06, would the 7-08 with a 140 cup and core even come close. It would still kill what ever you pointed it at, but no doubt the 06 would have more energy, more penetration, and more bullet drop. Take your pick, I've had a 7-08 in a Sako, nice rifle, got bored with it, have had many inbetween, and now have a Mountain Rifle in .270, just as nice as the 7-08 was, shoots just as accurately, and ammo is everywhere. I was looking for a 7-08 when the 270 came along, that's the beauty of being a nut, "you can't own them all at once, but you can own them all once".

Is it considered a runaway when you buy faster than you can develop loads for the ones you already have? I seem to be on a really steep and slippery slope since January.I don't prefer either of them so you might as well buy both and let us know.
The snob appeal of the 275 Rigby is clearly superior to either of them.
