7mm-08 with 130 / 145 grain. Need recipe.

I have a tikka 7-08 with 22 barrel, and 2 boxes of Speer bullets in 130 BTSP & 145 SP. I don't have a SPEER reloading manual.

I have the following powders:

Reloader 19

IMR 4350

IMR 4831

IMR 4895.

If anyone has load information would you be able to share what the manual states? Or what you are using for these bullet weights?

If possible I would like to safely run the 130 grain as close to 2900FPS as I can.
 
Never trust any load data quoted here on CGN unless you can find it in a loading book somewhere as well. Having said this, I have had good success with H-380 and BL-C(2) in the .308 case family. These can be found in the loading manuals. :)
 
Why do you need a Speer reloading manual for Speer bullets?
Use data for any bullets of the same construction and weight interchangeably.

The Hodgdon data site has data for IMR4350 and IMR4895 for both 130gr and 145gr bullets.
The 130gr loads are showing 2846fps and 2801fps respectively with a 24" barrel. Of course your results may vary.

Not all internet forum loads are unsafe or junk. They just need to be approached with caution and a lot of common sense. If I rejected every internet load I couldn't find published in a book I'd be missing out on most of my best cast bullet and shotgun slug loads. Having a copy of QuickLoad or similar software really helps with doing a sanity check to get an estimate of pressure and velocity.
 
Well I didnt feel it was necessary to buy a new reloading manual for only one cartridge? the nosler manual I have did not have anything listed for either bullet weight, if you really needed to know but thanks anyways.
 
I shoot the 145gr speers but use H4350, I can look up some of your powders in the manual tonight if your still looking.
 
My speer reloading manual #11 says the following
7mm-08 130gr. spitzer or boat tail ,145gr.spitzer

130gr,imr 4350, 46.0 gr min 50.0max 2841fps 3066fps
130gr,imr 4895, 41.0 gr. min 45.0max 2769fps 3023fps

145gr,imr 4350, 44.0 gr. min 48.0max 2643fps 2900fps
145gr,imr 4895 ,37.0 gr. min 41.0max 2517fps 2751fps
