They do exist. About 2000 surplus m94 carbines were bought from Sweden, had the barrels bored to 7mm and rechambered, and were then sold to El Salvador in the 1950's. Yours is either one of those that got "sporterized", or a Spanish Mauser.
I have a Swedish m94 in full wood confirguration in 7X57. Interesting to a collector of South American arms, but honestly for mine, the value is in the stock and fittings. If i ever find an unmolested barrelled action for a m94 I'll use those parts to restore it.
