7mm mag ammo

Buddy is looking for a good loaded round for his 7mm mag. Coyotes, deer and elk. I know he will have to see what groups the best for his A- bolt LR hunter, 1 in 9.5 twist, 24" barrel, but what has worked well for those with 7mm experience. I have looked online and get mixed results.

My most accurate round out of my Ruger M77 is Hornady 162 grain SST, pushed by 63.0 grains of RL22 with Winchester large rifle magnum primers, set .15 off the lands. It is an accuracy round, averaging 2920 FPS out of my barrel.
