..... Can someone tell me how you turn 300 Win mag brass to 7mm Rem Mag, I thought they would be little long

You trade them with someone who has 7mm Rem Mag. Simplest way, by far!

Otherwise, you have to shorten, trim and probably neck ream the 300 brass.
