7mm Weatherby To 257!

They where at one time giving this SH$T away 7 weatherby federal premium unprimed nickel plated brass. Did anyone buy any?, so i bought a ton of it and it worked out well because i necked it down to 257 and did not even have to cut it!>> any thoughts about why they where giving this brass away at the time?
