7mm...What twist rate for the heavies?

Thanks. I was still figuring out the rest. Farley top on a baldeagle base. Still a work in progress.
But back to the original question, I honestly think that as long as you are pushing the heavies out above 2900 it really doesn't mater if it's an 8, 8.5 or a 9 twist. They all work. Good luck and have fun.
