7rem mag scope power

want to put a new scope on my 7rem mag,
pretty sure i gonna buy a millet,question is,should i get a 4x16x30?
or a 6x25x35?
would use it a little bit for hunting,would still hunt with it,but mostlly.
would like to do a lilttle bit of long range target shooting,like to try 500 yards
this year,and if i like it will stretch it out farther.maybe eventually out to a 1000 yards.
so all advice is appreciated even will appreciate other brand suggestions,
but MUST be reasonablly priced.

You are asking for a scope to do hunting (4x), 500 yards and 1000 yards. You realize that you are asking for 3 different things, and thats why you have no replies.

People will suggest you scopes with prices from 100$ to 2500$.

And what is reasonably priced for you? Do you realize that reasonably priced can mean 30$ or 3000$ depensing on your income, and how much you want to spend?

I would say, if you need your scope to do everything, why dont you get a bushnell elite tactical 4.5-30x50. approx 1000$. Best "do it all" imo. Oh ya, but it's heavy and large. but you are asking for a scope that will do close range hunting, and 1000 yards...
