7x64 Takes a buck!

Went out with an old chap this mourn'in.
Only thing we sawzs was some mewsie hoof prints and goll dang
wolf prints in the snow.
Big as me mitt.
Hmmmm, wolfs in this area?

Its the first time in 10 Years seeing wolf tracks aswell. I've seen dozens of them. One morning I walked a cut block and when I got back on the road there were fresh tracks over mine. Ill have to do some wolf hunting this year.

This is just a meat hunt, so any decent deer is good... my son is using the CZ 550 7X64 and I have one of the M77 MKII 7X64 Brenneke's, but not the one we talked about, that one is new/unfired. I also have three No.1-A's along in .30-30, .303 Brit and .35 Whelen, so it is a toss-up as to what I will be carrying... ;)

Nice buck! Just got a buck myself just a young one. There are a couple does around but only a couple so I'll leave them be. Congrats on the fine buck
 
Well I've finally had time to work on making me a Euro mount out of the buck I got with my 7x64. I think it turned out alright. 27.5 inches wide.
