8.5 inch grizzy & parts

So just got my 8.5inch grizzy the other day. i am wondering how much of the parts are interchangeable with the real remington 870?
Also, anyone knows where i can get those forend with rail?

They can only use the 8.5 bbls, the foreend tubes are slightly larger & fore ends require a little cleanup before installing. I installed my own rail system on the stock fore end, It keeps my thumb away from the muzzle when i get a bit excited. The other parts all interchange with 870 parts.

I tried a bolt from a stock Remington 870 it fits but now the action isn't as smooth.

I feel like there's more resistance when you're opening the action.

I also have a trigger group and slide assembly, haven't gotten around to trying those out yet.

I think the first thing anybody needs to do is apply some duracoat, the stock finish is ASS
