8.5'' mag fed grizzli shotgun

wouldnt be considered a shotgun with an OAL length less then 26 1/4 inches? m203 shoots 40mm projectiles, does it fall into non res or is it considered a flare gun?

Yes, but where does it say a shotgun can't be less than 26"? If it did, simply removing the butt to change it, refinish, etc would require change of class.
 
the AR is considered the stock. not possible to fire it without the stock unless you have iron hands. been through this with the RCMP already.

AR is still restricted, so it is only a range toy, unless i can find another non restricted to attach it to.

Where did the 6.5" Mag Feds come from??? Or are those ones the Bastard step children of a 6.5" Tube fed and another Mag fed?
