I was just trying to be funny, not defamatory or anything, lots of people seem to really love those guns.
I've actually often wondered what the pattern would be like without a barrel and with just say a 1" barrel. Not really practical but interesting. Not to mention you know it'd put some people's shorts in a bunch and that's worth extra

I'd seriously recommend, at least a 2 3/4 inch barrel
(only revolovers don't count the chamber as barrel length, for some reason)

You really slapped the crap out of that theory, didn't you?
But yes, to see two thirds of a shotgun shell sticking out of the front of a gun on the range, and some douche about to drop the hammer on that Dr. Seuss-like device would really put alot of peoples shorts in a bunch.

The shell would have one inch of barrel ahead of the shell. At least that's what I gathered from that.... Anywho, 1" or 8", it'll still be silly. At least it should be affordable.

AFAIK, it doesn't if the chamber isn't integral to the barrel (like a revolver).
