8 pellets in 000Buck?

I have some Remington 000 buck ammo I bought at Canadian Tire, about 25 rounds and the round count of the pellets is 8......the shells are 2 3/4". The buckshot chart I use says that 000 buck should have 6 pellets and 00 buck should have 8. Is this right? Is there a typo on the shells and the boxes?

I know 00 buck has 9 pellets. I believe 000 has 8.
