80% Lowers from Brownells ?

Can we buy 80% Lowers from Brownells ?

They just listed a ANDERSON MANUFACTURING lower for 45$ and the Machining kit for 75$

I would love to give this a try Never built my own gun before this would be fun I think.

Go to the checkout process and Brownells will ultimately tell you if they can or cannot ship it. It's ITAR controlled, for what its worth.

Also, you can buy 80% lowers in Canada. Google it.

Call or use the Contact Us option on their website. I know all receivers requires an export permit before they will ship it to Canada. Seeing that these 80% receivers aren't considered a firearm, I'm curious as to how they would treat it. It would make a cool paperweight for my office desk.

Edit: Curiosity got the better of me and I emailed Sandy. I'll post what she says when I get her reply.

Got a reply back from Sandy and the answer is what I figured:

Good morning: Lower receivers can be shipped under an export license however, we cannot offer to ship stock #100-016-685.

Why bother? Finished Aero lowers are $65.
