858 bolt tig welder needed

If I understand this right, on of the ways to fix the 'gremlin' is to have a tab welded on the bolt. Is there someone/where that people could recommend to do this for me. Or post a pic of exactly where I need to add material. (If I'm wrong on this , please feel free to explain it to me.... my last cz never had an issue in the time I had it) Thanks,

The tab is welded on the bolt carrier.not the bolt itself.

That couch is just like the one I had in the shop, for the dog., She did not care in the least about the flowers or dirt on it either, BTW, thanks for the info, I have one, never tried it yet to see if it works O.K.
