shouldn't need a crush washer on the CZ, unless you did something custom, most brakes/supressors have the indent milled into it so it will idex properly to the centerline of the barrel, and work with the spring loaded tab (sorry my termology isn't the best)...what brake are you trying to use???
Bought it a while ago, yet I can't remember from where...derp.
In the pic below, it's the same style as the one on the right:
It has the notch for the detente, however there is too much 'slop'; have to put gas fitter teflon tape to tighten it up.

a crush washer from an AR should work, it might need to be reamed out a few thou though...try wolverine, fabsports, dlask...
