858 folding stock

I just bought a side folding stock for my cz 858. is it supposed to lock open?
Im wondering if the nub at the end needs to be filed down a bit so the stock has the room to fully open so it can lock. Any ideas?

someone posted in the VZ FAQ thread about this exact thing, have a look in there. not too many pages back.

yes, it has to be gently filed, do a little at a time ,keep closing it until it locks up. I found out about the new stocks by Rob mcafferty
