I'm not as shotgun knowledgable as the other commenters but IMHO, guns are cheap, our health and safety are not.
I'd replace the barrel and if not possible I'd get another shotgun. The bulged gun could be relegated to low volume, low pressure non lethal loads like crack flares. I prefer not to shoot non lethal rounds from my primary gun.
You're not a real gunnut until you have 5 or 6 shotguns and hide them from your spouse in your gun safes...........
