870 Rattling Question

A guy at our range had a rattly 870...all through the trap event it kept rattling and acting up. at the end of the day he took it apart the bolt, and it was broken in about 4 places. :eek: :)
 
Devlin and Pietro. I believe you are both right. Mine does the same with bolt open or closed, mag full not full. I have pin pointed the sound a long time ago to the butt area. Now that I know what it it for sure, maybe I will remedy it, or just deal with it, as I do not hear it all the time. Thanx for the problem solving Pietro.:)
