While the design my be attractive, the quality would be highly suspect. ATI has a poor reputation and this looks to be of similar quality.
I would the pin locking the stock length to be the first part to break, leaving you with a short stock. If the stock breaks it will leave you with a sharp piece of plastic aimed at your shoulder and face under recoil.

At that price, I would be suspect of the quality. As the saying goes, nothing good comes cheap.
Personally, I'd spend the extra money and buy Knoxx stock, Mesa side saddle, and whatever forend you want (I'm not a fan of vertical grips on shotgun foreends).
