870 stocks

hi there,
i put a tacstar 6 round side saddle on my 870 and it has the express foregrip and doesnt fit. does anyone know if the bell and carlson shotgun stocks have the shorter foregrip? i like the olive/black web look.

Go with Mesa Tactical SureShell Shotshell Carrier to fit your forend length. I believe that you can choose betwen 4, 6 and 8 shots and the quality is far better then tacstar.

From the look of it I would say the bell and carlson stock would be the same as the factory one. You need a police style short forestock or you can just cut down the factory one. There are some short ones for sale in the parts and bits EE. Mesa 6 shot saddles still require short forestocks or modification to the factory forestock. I believe a 4 shot one will fit the factory stock withot modification

Cut it

I have cut three of my 870 grips to be able to fit sidesaddles. Just used a hacksaw, and then I rounded the edges a little bit after. Most people don't even notice it.

instead on custing why not just buy a new short police forend.
$35 you get a Houge police forend that rubberised, one of the best on the market.

Cut it or get a Hogue short forend. They are awesome!

I think there is a dude selling the short police forends in the EE right now.
