Where can I get one of these in Canada for 12 gauge with the right handed safety for a Wingmaster circa 1979 manufacture (2-3/4" receiver) or the equivalent, I don't want one for an express due to my hatred for plastic, they're a little too close to the $100.00 mark to get them from the USA. :(

Try K.& E. gunparts in sakatoon or western gunparts in Edmonton. A new one will set you past $100.00 and a used one will be about $75.00 plus taxes and shipping.

You know what happened, I have this 870 without a barrel so far, so the barrel retaining nut was tightened down all the way, when I pumped the forend, it woudl not allow it to go far enough forward to go into battery, I experimented with loosening/tightening the nut, and sure enough it works just fine when it's not tightened down as tight as it will go! Now to get a barrel!

A while back Dlask had some barrels left over from the builds of shorter barreled guns. Do a search of "870 barrels and Dlask" in the parts and bits section of EE
