x2 with what donor says, stick with the heavier bullets and you won't go wrong.
If the rifle is full of cosmolene, clean the bedding areas as well as possible. Be careful not to lose the spacers in the action screw holes. Don't over tighten the screws when you reassemble the rifle.
Yugos are usually very good shooters. I've seen a few with slightly warped stocks but that's easily fixed. they usually have some upward fore end pressure on the barre as well, that's a good thing. It's the side pressure that is the problem.
Yugos also seem to have generous chambers, so as mentioned above, neck sizing only is your friend. Yugo chambers don't seem to be very consistent from one rifle to another and they also have long throats.
Another thing, as far as ammunition goes, the Privi preloaded ammunition is pretty good. It costs about as much as it does to buy new brass and components to reload. IMHO, I would just buy the Privi preloaded cartridges and shoot them to get the once fired brass to match you chamber. You may even be pleasantly surprised.
